5 Benefits of Physiotherapy for Athletes

Most athletes only see a physiotherapist when something goes wrong. That's a missed opportunity. Regular physio input - even when you're healthy - can make a meaningful difference to how you train, how you recover, and how long your body holds up.

A physio can identify movement patterns that put you at risk before they become problems. Asymmetries in hip strength, restricted ankle mobility, poor rotator cuff control - these are the kinds of things that don't hurt yet but will. Catching them early is far cheaper than rehabbing a tear.
