By submitting a booking request or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us at info@bondijunction.physio.

1. Booking requests

Submitting a booking request through this website is not a confirmed appointment. It is an enquiry only. We will contact you to confirm availability and schedule your appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive direct confirmation from us (by phone or email).

2. Service area

Soar Solutions Physiotherapy provides mobile home visit physiotherapy across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas, including (but not limited to) Bondi, Paddington, Double Bay, Vaucluse, Woollahra, Randwick, Coogee, Bronte, Maroubra, Newtown, and Alexandria. We do not operate a fixed clinic. All sessions are conducted at your home or location of choice within our service area.

3. Payment

An invoice will be issued following your appointment, with payment required via electronic funds transfer (EFT) by the due date shown on the invoice. Patients are responsible for submitting any private health insurance claims directly to their health fund. We accept WorkCover and DVA referrals; however, mobile physiotherapy appointments are billed as private consultations. A GP referral is only required when claiming through a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan.

4. Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that emergencies happen - please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.

To the extent permitted by law, Soar Solutions Physiotherapy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website - including text, images, blog articles, and design - is the property of Soar Solutions Physiotherapy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page with the effective date noted at the top.
