Contact Soar Solutions Physiotherapy
Mobile physiotherapy home visits across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, 7am to 7pm, seven days a week. No referral is required to book.
Soar Solutions Physiotherapy is a mobile practice run by principal physiotherapist Seth Hirschowitz, who has over 30 years of clinical experience and was an official physiotherapist at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. Because treatment happens in your home, there is no waiting room and no clinic address to visit. Appointments are arranged directly by phone, email, or a booking request through this website, and treatment is delivered wherever you are across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Hours
Home visits run 7am to 7pm, Monday through Sunday, including weekends and public holidays by arrangement. Early morning and evening appointments exist specifically so treatment fits around work and school hours. Same-week appointments are often available, and urgent post-operative or post-injury requests are prioritised where the schedule allows.
Where we visit
We cover Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, including Bondi, Bondi Junction, Bronte, Tamarama, Clovelly, Coogee, Randwick, Maroubra, Kensington, Paddington, Woollahra, Double Bay, Bellevue Hill, Rose Bay, Vaucluse, Edgecliff, Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Potts Point and the surrounding harbourside and beachside suburbs. Patients are also seen at OptiSports in Barangaroo. See the full list of suburbs we service if you are not sure whether your address is covered — if it is nearby but not listed, call and ask.
What happens after you get in touch
You will be asked briefly about the problem, how long it has been going on, and any imaging or surgery involved, so the right amount of time is allocated. An initial assessment runs about 60 minutes and a follow-up about 45 minutes. Everything needed for treatment is brought to you, so no equipment or preparation is required beyond a small clear space to move in.
No GP referral is needed to book. A referral is only required if you intend to claim through a Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan. All major Australian health funds with extras cover for physiotherapy are accepted, and you can claim on the spot with HICAPS and pay only the gap. NDIS (self- and plan-managed) and aged care clients are welcome.
Medical emergencies
This practice does not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing chest pain, severe breathlessness, a suspected fracture, sudden loss of bladder or bowel control, or rapidly worsening weakness or numbness, call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department. For non-emergency medical advice, contact your GP or Healthdirect on 1800 022 222.
